How to backup necessary softwares like msoffice ,winzip etc

If you are referring to saving your data before a Windows reinstall, simply copy your MsOffice documents, and or zipped files to an external drive.

When you reinstall windows you will have to reinstall ALL needed software. Once that is done make regular system images with software such as Macrium or Aomei, both free apps.

I mean i dont have setup files of ms office and other softwares installed in my pc, how to back up those setup?

You cannot copy ANY installed programs from one Windows OS to another. You cannot backup program setups. You will need the installation media to reinstall the programs you need.

I did the fresh install after all installed important drivers and applications. Its working a lot better and not getting any weird popups from my antivirus. Thank you so much guys for your valuable time. Your help made me learn so many new things about pc and stuff. I will always be grateful to you guys .
