Once you have completed the above, then right click FRST run as admin.
Type Panda into the search field.
Then Click on Search Registry.

An output file will appear on your desktop.
Copy and paste that into your next reply.

Download and install the Everything Search Engine
Right Click Run As Admin. Type or Copy Paste Panda into search window.
Then Click Edit. >>>Select all.
Right Click highlighted items>>>>>>>> Copy full name to clipboard.

Go ahead and run the last FRST fix then the repair. This log takes Days to go over… I will look at it a while tonight then a while tomorrow. Too much information to go over in one sitting…

HD icon still flickers constantly and cannot install some applications due to "Variable must be of type “Object” or “Variable used without being declared” error

Hi M, I appreciate your continued help on this.
I’m going to review my first thread back in Nov 2016 which reported similar issues with executables not working and find out what the fix was.
As mentioned, PC applications & boot times are much quicker.
The remaining issues are constant HD activity, System Restore & some .exe files won’t run.
