Okay thanks. I ran DelFix. CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner, and 9Lab Removal tool are still installed. Should I remove them?
Uninstall adware cleaner, the others you can keep and run them once a week or so…

I might keep them in case I need them again. I also really like the new tools I’ve found - geek and Everything - I’ll definitely keep those!
I use these tools on my machine as well…

I imagine at least your machine is running better than before? We did remove a good bit of trash from the machine. I am going to close this thread as soon as you respond back to me with any final questions…
Hi there, yes that’s fine to close the case. I have lots of useful new tools and info - like Ninite! Skype started giving me trouble when I upgraded so I uninstalled with geek and reinstalled with Ninite.
I have one other question - why do you do this? You have given so much help and I’m sure it takes a lot of your time. Thankyou lots!
(I will make a donation - I know the amount of work you have done is much more than I will be able to give, but without a job I have to be careful with costs.)
