I did the last thing, but now I don’t have chrome and when I try to download it, it shows an error. I could use firefox or other but, why do I get the error? (if you can help!)

Reboot and run the Browser reset tool again, select reset Chrome once more.

If that fails then run the Chrome Clean up tool.

Then use one of the following to grab Chrome.

          Patch My PC
          NNite.

                  Use the everything search engine.
Type Chrome into the search window.
Click edit select all then hold shift and press delete, on your keyboard.
Then grab chrome from one of the links provided.

Do I have to delete all the programs used in the cleaning? Should I keep some?

Download DelFix by “Xplode” to your Desktop.
Right Click the tool and Run as Admin ( Xp Users Double Click)
Put a check mark next the items below:

                        Remove disinfection tools
                        Create registry backup
                        Purge System Restore

                        Now click on “Run” button.
allow the program to complete its work.
all the tools we used will be removed.
Tool will create and open a log report (DelFix.txt)
Note: The report can be located at the following location C:\DelFix.txt

Can you recommend a good free anti-virus?

Here are couple of free antivirus that are really good. In order of my personal preference…

                              SecureAplus
                              – Free for a year.
                              Panda Cloud Free.
Sophos Home – Good but a little heavy on resources.
                              360 Total Security

Add these to the above for solid protection…

VooDooShield. – Slightly annoying while it learns your machine, but after that a solid piece of software to have on your machine.
                              Ublock origin.
                              Anti Ad block Killer.
Ad Blocking DNS – Set this on your router to block most ads on all your devices.

Thanks for your advice, but should I delete these, that are still in my laptop: Ccleaner, Zemana, ResetBrowser, Privazer, and these that I had already installed: Bitdefender, Wipe and Superantispyware? I should have only one anti-virus, right? But also some anti-malware or spyware? Sorry for being so lost, but i need to know exactly what to keep for better results, thanks.
