Ok!!! Good news and Bad news.

Good news is I can download with firefox again. I uninstalled with your directions and reinstalled 47.0.2 which is the last version of firefox to support XP. Downloads work again.

Bad news is the right click problem still exists. Whenever I try to right click something to get the menu or when I press delete on my keyboard with something selected explorer.exe crashes and it gives me an error. It’s the same error listed above when i first mentioned it.

That just means that you disabled all of your right click menu options. Something we installed is causing the issue. I suspect Zemana Might be the culprit. You will have to enable them one at a time then restart explorer to find the issue.

You should still remove the .iobit from those files, those allow you to back up your registry, I am not sure that will happen if they still have the .iobit…

Glad to have helped!! Please tell a friend … or two about us. https://forum.windowsinstructed.com/...cons/smile.png
