If you are not a member of our Security Response Team, please do not respond to threads in this section.
Malware removal involves sensitive tools and procedures that must be performed only by trained staff. - Only the assigned Security Response Team member and the Original Poster (OP) may reply.
Any other replies will be removed. This keeps the environment safe, consistent, and focused on accurate disinfection steps. - If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please send a Private Message (PM) to the Security Response Team member assisting you.
Do not bump your thread manually — our queue system ensures you won’t be forgotten. - Always follow your helper’s instructions exactly as written.
Skipping steps or running tools out of order can make the infection harder to remove or cause new issues. - Copy and paste your logs directly into your post.
Do not attach them as files unless explicitly asked — it makes reviewing and analyzing your logs faster for our team.
