Can you drag and drop into a newly created folder, zip and upload the actual HTML file? Trying to read it like that is brutal.

The only thing that I found related to anything that was not installed it this.
C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\sshid.sys
It is related to SteelSeries ApS, which we removed earlier because it was causing issues. You can delete this file. Since you have everything search installed, can you search for .dmp from within the tool, perhaps dump files are being created just not in the default location and this tool will find it if they exsist.
Also, run thru this guide and see if it will allow creation of minidumps. In the guide it will disable automatic restart so you can take a picture of the bluescreen, and upload it here.

I am not sure what is using it. discord maybe? or is this completely useless for the headphone to run.
sorry, but i am not sure I understood which tool you are referring to search for .dmp files, so I searched .dmp in c drive but it didn’t give me anything that looked like dump files.
I followed the powershell guide and applied all the settings.

these showed up when I searched sshid in everything. should I only delete sshid.sys?

Hi, I visited the laptop store today when going out. They said that there were few other laptops brought in with the same issues and that it was solved after replacing RAM. I have sent the laptop to them (warranty is still in effect) and they will reinstall windows and check if it is SSD or RAM causing the issue after that.
Thank you so much for helping me all this while. I was suspecting it might be hardware issue, since all the things you have asked me to do didn’t help in removing BSOD. I will be going out of the city for a long while for project and don’t want the laptop to end up bricked when I am out.
