so Steve, how did it all go with the dust removal, and cleaning the old crap out via CCleaner or Glary Disk Cleaner?

as to the mouse, have you tried another one to rule out your mouse being faulty?
also with the browser, have you tried another one?

so your browser is OK, and it’s the mouse that is causing the grief?

do you want this thread moved to the “Am I Infected” forum so our resident malware expert can go through with you some steps to verify your PC is clean?

I’d actually suggest that both of those be removed. Those “tools” are basically useless. Not what they once were.

If you could. Please run these for me. We will go from there. Based on what is found, we may or may not dig a bit deeper. ???

These two tools target specific items which usually cause the issues you are describing.

ran all programs you suggested and 1 problem in detection’s was there .. turned 'off p/c and restarted .. back on internet and problem with 'mouse still happening .. you can move ‘mouse and watch it disappear then pop back up where ever it wants and if you move it quickly it drops whatever your moving , wait 1/2 second and it will reappear , also somke of your directions i don’[t understand .. age thing i think .. thanks , steve
