To me it looks like someone has named their PC/has the username TROJANHORSE.
Do any other files show this which are non Steam games?
That shows the D drive, has this been named TROJANHORSE?
Does the name appear on any C drive files.
There’s no other User or Administrator showing, was there previously?
Being that the OP has post information from an alternative tech support site where like here they have not returned since I`m not sure that the thread should even be visible tbh.
