GOOGLE LINK: Explanation below plus request for assistance.

Hi . Recently purchased some soft ware off Ebay, in return I received a google drive link?
Never seen one before, although I do have both a Microsoft and google account.
Checked with Ebay to ensure listing legal, which it is, plus the seller has made numerous sales of same software.
Seller instructions is to click on link, access software using my email address, which I assume is my Microsoft/google account email??
I have been having a running battle with seller for further details, but they insist they have provided all info required.Not very helpful so have turned to PC Help for advice/help thanks.

Yes I purchased off line GPS sat nav for my Android head unit..As said it came in google drive link form, which I’m supposed to click on,to gain access with my email (google I assume) .I believe I then find or am suppossed to find a winrar zip file? But as said never seen before so have no idea on how to proceed?

If yes did you put in the same email address you used on ebay?

I have gone back to original source, Ebay message.Clicked but nothing? Initially did try to copy and paste to “Word” to see if I could activate it from there?Have gone back to seller but they are adamant I have all the info I require,and to be fair their feedback for the same item is good,so it has to be me

Could there be a cliché in my OS Win 10 not activating link?

I could post the link by PM if that is of any help,as at the moment Im stuck and disappointed.Final action would request refund via Ebay?

I think we should close this thread, as I think the best thing I can do is go back to Ebay for promised refund,and call it a day,as I need to get offline GPS sat nav up and running asap, have found another vendor who provides it as I require ,on a micro sd card.So please mark CLOSED and many thanks for help.[/color][/color][/color][/color]
