    Security certificate

I have a ASUS TF101-A1 tablet. Just recently I am receiving the following security warning:
There are problems with the security certificate for this site.
    Go Back View Certificate Continue
The website I select appears on the screen and immediately after the security warning appears. Selecting go back, view certificate or continue does nothing. I have tried to access other well known sites yet the security warning continues to pop up and doesn’t allow me access to any website. I have cleared the cache, reset date, time (for some reason was no longer working) and turned the tablet on and off several times. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Welcome to PCHF.

Is this happening across all browsers?

I don’t know what browser or how many browsers the tablet uses.

Ok, can you install Firefox or Chrome on the tablet and let me know if you get the same error with it please.

          Installed Firefox and it worked.
          Thank you.
One last question. Any way to speed up the loading of pages on the tablet? No one else in the household is on-line. I am using Verizon FIOS 50/50.

I think on tablets you can pretty much run most things you can on windows.

I’d like you to scan with Zemana on the tablet to start things off.

            Zemana Scan.

Please download Zemana AntiMalware and save it to your Desktop. If that will not run, then use the mobile version.

            [ul]
[li]Click the Cog/Sproket Wheel, at the top right of Zemana[/li][li]Select Advanced - I have read the warning and wish to proceed.[/li][li]Place a tick next to Detect Suspicious (Root CA) Certificates.[/li][li]Then click the house icon in Zemana.[/li][/ul]

            [ul]
[li]Install the program and once the installation is complete it will start automatically.[/li][li]Without changing any options, press Scan to begin.[/li][li]After the short scan is finished, if threats are detected press Next to remove them.[/li][/ul]
Note: If restart is required to finish the cleaning process, you should click Reboot. If reboot isn’t required, please restart your computer manually.
            [ul]
[li]Open Zemana AntiMalware again.[/li][li]Click on http://i63.tinypic.com/4zu6vb.jpg icon and double click the latest report.[/li][li]Now click File > Save As and choose your Desktop before pressing Save.[/li][li]The only left thing is to attach saved report in your next message.[/li][/ul]

Had to use mobile version however it did not offer the Advanced features, so I could not select “detect suspicious…certificates”. I did run a full scan and no threats were found. I did reboot however the Icon you mentioned does not appear. I did not notice any increase in downloading speed.
