With ZA (free version) firewall set to medium, all Internet activity is blocked. I have to make the firewall setting to “off” to access Internet. Obviously I’m doing something wrong. I would appreciate someone telling me what that something wrong is.
Thank you, malnutrition, for your suggestion. Have you used either one? I did some searching on Private Firewall and found complaints about it downloading bloatware when it was installed.
I looked at one of them and learned it’s no longer supported. From what I saw Tint Firewall doesn’t do enough for what I want. I learned that ZA 2017 Free will work with Malwarebytes (paid version won’t) so I’m going to try that and see if it causes the same problem.
