Threads Now Auto-Close After 30 Days of Inactivity

๐Ÿ•’ Threads Now Auto-Close After 30 Days of Inactivity

    Hello everyone!

To help keep discussions organized and up to date, weโ€™ve introduced a new system that will automatically close threads that havenโ€™t had any replies for 30 days.

This means that if a topic hasnโ€™t seen any activity for a month, it will be locked and no longer open for replies.
Donโ€™t worry โ€” you can always start a new thread if you have a similar question or need fresh help!

    Why We Added This

Over time, old threads can become outdated as software and hardware change.
    Auto-closing helps us:
    • Keep support topics current
    • Prevent confusion from old, inactive discussions
    • Make it easier for members to find recent and relevant information

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: If your thread was closed but you still need help with the same issue, simply create a new topic โ€” you can include a link to the old one if needed.

    What It Affects

    - Threads with no replies for 30 days will now close automatically
    - Pinned topics, ongoing Malware Removal cases, and official announcements will not be affected
    - Staff can still reopen threads if needed

    Thank You!

This small change helps us keep the forum clean, relevant, and easy to use.
Thanks for helping make PCHF a friendly and organized place to get tech support! ๐Ÿ’™
