Hey all I have added a nice little feature that’ll make it easier for us techies to get threads marked Solved. At the top of the thread, you’ll see a link that says “Mark Solved”. If you believe your question, problem, or concern is resolve to your satisfaction, you can mark your own thread as Solved which will close the thread. Staff members can close the threads and mark them as Solved with a simple click
