    User Manual

I’ve had some good advice from you experts recently. I wonder if there’s a place for a basic user guide for those of us who are not experts, and would just like the thing to work properly. For example, I didn’t know you had to regularly delete temporary Windows files - I actually thought that they’d be automatically deleted. I also didn’t know that you should insert restore points at regular intervals at those rare times when the machine is actually running smoothly.

So I wonder whether there’s a reliable user guide which would make sure that we’re doing the right thing?

Note: I wasn’t sure where to post this.

Yes, I did that, and it wasn’t what I was looking for.

Hi sorcerer, have a look here for a few tips. Would just add a couple of points, NEVER use a registry cleaner, and only ever get new drivers from the manufacturer of your hardware web site, don’t use a so called driver updater app, certain road to disaster.

I’m sure in the guide below there is an article on Double Driver which is a fantastic bit of kit to save a copy of your drivers should you need them later.
