How Do I InsertImage to Signature If Not From URL?

How do I insert an image that is on my pc into my user signature. The Edit Signature interface for inserting an image wants a URL.

Since the Signature feature doesn’t allow file attachments you will need to use an image/photo hosting service like PhotoBucket or Imgur. For more examples of hosting services Lifewire.com has a decent article. Maybe one of the Admins or Mods can tell you which of these hosts works best with the PCHelp Forum.net.

Thank you for your replies. As it can’t be done from a picture that I have I am closing this thread.
