When I have the time, I enjoy helping folks with PC issues. I am by no means an expert, but I can find a friend who is, if needed.
What knowledge I have and like to share has been obtained from many people over the years and I give thanks to them all. None of us invented this stuff and should always give thanks to our mentors. Pay it forward.
