I read the other posts and now understand that they are gone - along with the answers to questions I posted (Lesson: never rely on a website to stick around; download all valuable information). I have joined here with my ID from the old forum.

PCHelpForum.com was sold to a corporation, and they took it down. PCHelpForum.net is NOT in any way, shape, or form part of that corporation. It is solely run and managed by me All posts, threads, and databases are gone from PCHelpForum.com, but I intend to rebuild what was lost. (y)

Well, glad to see you’ve tried to bring it back jmarket. PCHF was really helpful. I wonder what happened to make it go from being such a popular site to having no visitors. Over the last 5-10 years PCHF had been instrumental in helping me resolve at least 5-10 issues.

After the buy out it went form being a place that was organized well oiled machine with people that were properly trained, certified and have proven them selves.

To Rumpus Room that was a free for all.

I wonder what happened to make it go from being such a popular site to having no visitors.

After PCHF dot com was sold, the new owners changed how things were done and that put it on a path to it’s current position, the new owners chose to ban anyone who had issues with their style of management along with most of the original staff. It deteriorated from well organised to a ‘free for all’ in a very short time.

Yep, i’m another one from that forum and have kept the same name on here too. In fact it was by searching for them earlier that i came across your post which brought me here. And i’m glad to have found this forum
