What does "out of context" mean on Youtube?

Lately I saw some superhero videos like Japanese Spiderman Out Of Context or Kamen Rider Out Of Context. I searched on Google and even on Youtube but I’m still not clear on what “out of context” means. To me it’s just random clips with English subtitles.

So that means that the subtitles of the Youtube video are intentionally written wrongly that what is actually being said?

Basically yes ore even if the clip is edited in such a way that is taken out of context form what it is meant.
