Internet not working on pc

The problem I’m having is my Internet says it’s connected but it doesn’t load anything I’ve tried all these YouTube tutorials and even factory reset my computer and none of it worke. It’s been going on for months just going off and then coming back on it’s only on my computer no one else’s but now it don’t load anything and since I factory reset it I can’t get past the part where it says to connect to a network after I connect and it says connected it says no connection found and to retry.
My specs are prebuilt cyberpower PC
3070
I9 12900
16gb ram

how are you trying to connect - ethernet or wireless?
make/model of modem?
distance to modem?
if wireless - make/model?
which browser?, have you tried others?
are you using a VPN service?

start a command prompt and use the ping command to ping something like, ping www.google.com
show us a screenshot of that.
