Hello! My hp pavilion laptop won’t connect to the internet. I’ve tried all the network adapter things. Now it won’t even toggle on. There’s no Physical switch and no Ethernet port

Can we have the serial number so we know what we are dealing with.

Is there Another name for the serial number in the system settings? I see many numbers none of them labeled serial

as stated on the other site you have to choose one site to work on so you do not end up with conflicting advise.

Hi Peter oz, I’ve posted this question on 3 platforms, and considering more. I’d like as many people with as many solutions as possible. I’ve already tried 5 things and am willing to try 6,7,12. However many solutions it takes. If you have a solution, please help. If you are the moderator for 2 different websites and will not allow any comments on my query for knows what reason, please let me know. Thank you for your time.
