    PC won't load any pages

Hello, I am currently running a HP AIO desktop. Has been working very well until recently.
    OS Win 10 Pro
    Browser Chrome
WiFi , Comcast signal at 91

2 days ago I shut down the pc for the night. No issues I could detect. the next morning I connected and every website, app would time out after 5-6 seconds with the wheel still spinning on the tab. Ran troubleshooter, it suggested a reset which I did. no difference. changed browser used firefox and edge, no difference. Some think its network connection, but I have a good signal and wifi is strong. Thanks for any assistance rendered…whip

Have you tried a system restore to a point prior to the issue?

Does the machine connect via safe mode with networking?

What antivirus do you run on the computer? Have you tried to uninstall it if there is an antivirus other than windows defender?

Can you run this tool on the problem machine, transfer it via a thumb drive and run it post the logs.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.

Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens select the following boxes:

    Flush DNS
    Report IE Proxy Settings
    Reset IE Proxy Settings
    Report FF Proxy Settings
    Reset FF Proxy Settings
    List content of Hosts
    List IP Configuration
    List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
    List Installed Programs
    List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Please post the log in your next reply

if good signal and wifi is strong, you may be connected to your modem/router, but is the modem/router connected to your internet provider?
