Some Wifi Cameras and smart devices etc apps saved wifi password but i want answers of some questions?

(1)These apps saved wifi passwords in apps cloud or in devices like mobile storage?

(2)These wifi passwords linked with user account or device i mean wifi password synced with only user account or when device setup with app?

    (1) this would depend on how the App was written, and would be specific to each App but generally I would be guessing they are saved by a Windows API or DLL process.
    (2) some programs can be installed for the current user or for all users, so again, it depends on how the software gets installed, whether it needs Admin privileges, and how the app was written.

perhaps giving the names of the Apps in question may help with more specific answers from others.

I used to have Dlink security cameras but I use iOS and have since upgraded to UniFi cameras.
but I’m sure the Dlink app (for example) would be the same for whatever platform it is written for - but again, whether the Dlink app itself does the heavy lifting or it passes the job off to the inbuilt subroutines on whatever platform it is running on, only the developers would be able to confirm that.
