    Arp requests

Hello, can anyone help me understand these arp requests please?
It is difficult for me as an inexperienced person to imagine what exactly is going on here…

    0xb - (MAC address of device xyz) - ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff - request - (MAC address xyz) - ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff - 192.168.0.103 - 192.168.0.103 - in

I assume that here is device broadcasting his IP and MAC only to devices with ip 192.168.0.103 ??

    0xb - (MAC address of device 123) - ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff - request - (MAC of device 123) - 00-00-00-00-00-00 - 192.168.0.157 - 192.168.0.1 - in

I don’t understand why there is 00-00-00-00-00-00 instead of ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff, but I understand that device 123 sends its IP and MAC address to all devices in the range 192.168.0.157 - 192.168.0.1

Btw what means the β€œ- in” at the end of requests?

    Thanks
