Internet connection... throttled?

I’m in a pickle. My PC’s connection speeds suddenly dropped early this week. I used to get ~400mbps down (Ookla, Google speed test would put it at 200) and now I get 170 (Ookla, Google has it at 10). I tried hardwiring and there is no change. All other devices on the network get the higher speeds I used to get.

I did download Hamachi Logmein the day I noticed the issue (to play Saints Row multiplayer), but I’m not sure if there was an issue before that or not. I uninstalled it with no change.

Malware/Virus (Malwarbytes and Windows Defender scans)
Set Limit Reservable Bandwidth to 0
Disable Windows Autotuning (was already disabled)
Disable Large Send offload

My Router is the Google Nest Router

PC (4 months old) specs:
Asus Tuf Gaming X-570 PLUS (WiFi) ATX
Ryzen 5 5600x
G Skill Ripjaw V Series 64GB
If storage and graphics card matter I can list them.

I do graphic design and video editing so the higher speeds make a huge difference and I really want to get this back up and running! If a Windows reset is the way to go, I can do that, I’d just love some direction!

A friend on FB found the fix! Posting it here in case anyone runs into the same issue. Hamachi Logmein was the culprit! The various tips to set my autotune to disabled weren’t helpful either since apparently it should be enabled…

tl;dr set autotune to enabled, set global rss to enabled.
