Surface Pro 6 keeps losing internet connection

This has been going on for a while. Generally, it has to connect to the wifi and then it works for a while, for streaming videos and such, but then when actively browsing, the connection gets lost.
What we already tried was to update the drivers for the network controller, or roll back an update, reinstall the drivers. All of that.
As it is currently, in order for it to work, I have to go to the Network controller properties, select “update driver” and then it works for a while.
Under the events it lists:

Device not migrated

Device configured

Device installed

Device started

Also, there was the suspicion that it is due to the power saving settings in the device, however, there is no power management tab to be found here.

Would a complete system restore maybe solve the issue?
Are there any other simple miracle cures that we might have overlooked?

I have worked with many Surface Pro systems at work, and it appears that some of them are affected by the latest Windows updates.
Try the recovery option (BUCKUP ALL YOUR FILES).
