I just recently built a PC. I did not go cheap on parts. My internet speed has always tested out at 200 MBPS or better. When I play console my ping has always been good. I play wired and never wireless. Same goes for my PC. When I conduct a speed test on my PC it runs between 200 to 300 MBPS. When I conduct a download, regardless what steam service I use, it runs A LOT slower. I am unsure why this happens and am trying to understand why? Honestly I can download a game faster on Console vs. PC. Please Help!!!

Yeah that is odd.. Please give us your complete pc specβs. Also your internet provider and what type lan card you are using.

What version of operating system and version?
Where are you getting the speed results from? Different ones show different results.
Have you done any configurations to the TCP settings? Including any network settings?
What security software are you running?
What is running in he background?
Are the proper drivers installed for the hardware?
What commands and other things have you attempted to correct this?
What do you have the settings set to for the streams?Comment
