Hey there,
I wasnβt sure where exactly to post this problem but I figured this should do it.
So the thing is, Iβve recently changed my internet provider and now I have a way better connection than I had before. However apparently as some sort of a side effect Iβve noticed this rather odd thing. All of the VOIP software that Iβm using at the moment (Teamspeak and Discord) appear to have a very large incoming packet loss, itβs happening on all the servers that Iβve tried and I havenβt been able to come up with a solution. Itβs only a large incoming packet loss (about 40%, but it changes, never goes lower than cca. 20% though), while outcoming packet loss is nice and stable (around 0,15%). As a result I canβt really hear anyone or rather I only hear bits of what theyβre saying and itβs overall very laggy but they can hear me just fine. I believe this shouldnβt be because of my internet speed as my download is pretty good (about 40Mb/s), my upload is slightly slower (about 5Mb/s) but as far as I know that shouldnβt affect the incoming packets in any way.

Picture: test of my internet connection
I have a CMD open at all times with a βping 8.8.8.8 -tβ running at all times so I can monitor how is my connection doing and there is no visible drop in the response time that would indicate that the connection canβt handle it.

Picture: my connection info while in a teamspeak server, notice the relatively good ping and the contrast in the In/Out packet loss
Now, I believe this to be a problem somewhere within my network (my router blocking the packets maybe? idk) and think itβs very unlikely that it is a problem with the software itself so please refrain from ideas like reinstalling it, Iβve already tried that and without any success.
So yeah, Iβd be very thankful for any possible solutions as I donβt really know what to try anymore. Thanks in advance for any responses.
