Do you have a system that you can connect to the Modem with a cable?
Makes it easier to do.

Once connected open a web browser and type 10.0.0.1
This should bring you to the sign in screen to the modem
sign in using the user name and password for the modem.

Edited: If that does not work need the make and model of the modem.
