I personally would run those commands, if only to make sure BitLocker was turned off on all my drives, not just the boot volume drive.
But that is completely up to you.
If you do feel the need, click Start, type in[COLOR=rgb(97, 189, 109)] Powershell ISE, in the right hand side, under where you see [COLOR=rgb(97, 189, 109)]Open, there should be a down arrow, click that and you should see [COLOR=rgb(97, 189, 109)]Run as Administrator.[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR]
