Problem with Steam account

Hi,
I wonder if you can help me. My Steam account has been stolen and the whole site now appears in Russian language. There seems to be no way to get it to use English, so I can contact someone to either recover the account or open a new one. Any help would be appreciated.

If the steam account has been stolen perhaps there is malware on your computer.

Thanks for this link, it’s a bit late now so I’ll have a look at it tomorrow.
However, I just bought a new PC a few months ago and I think this problem pre-dates that.
