Corrupted view in websites

I have an issue with view of some kind of videos playing on websites.

Here’s the screenshot:

One can check out how it is supposed to look here.
The background is corrupted, and i have no idea how to fix it. Tried to reinstall graphic card drivers but it didn’t help.

No, with Edge and Firefox it isn’t
