Gmail suddenly blocks my SENT emails.

My sent messages keep getting blocked. The message I receive is the Traffic Light symbol MESSAGE BLOCKED the response from the remote server shows a code.
I can receive all email messages. I have tried all ways to rectify this. One thing that comes to mind I attempted to send 10 photo images from my phone to my wife’s email address which came back as blocked. Wonder if this had anything to do with this problem.
Can anyone help please?

the bounced back email message you receive should have the reason.
can you attach that for us to look at?

or at least the part of it where it shows the few lines explaining the error message and code.

This is what is stated, but the actual code varies after many block attempts.

For some reason, I am now able to send emails without a problem. Not sure how that happened.

my guess is those 10 photos you sent triggered some spam response and you were put on some sort of 24 hour wait list.
