Gets 0,1 mbits when playing But game dosent lag

    Hello,
I have a problem where i gets 0,1 mbits on internet when playing games But my game works very good, i mostly play league of legends and world of Warcraft.
I pretty much wanna listen to Spotify while gaming but it’s just loading ,same with YouTube,

My wifi is always the same(250mbits)
And internet when not gaming 250 mbits

    Pc build:

    Amd ryzen 5 5600 6 core procces
    16 ram
And just bought NVIDIA GeForce rtx 3060

Does anyone know what the problem can be?
