Hello. Am hoping someone can help. Today I cannot open anything on the internet from my desktop. The router appears fine. Itβs a BT one and is showing blue. Other devices in the home are connected and operating normally such as the iPad that I am typing this on. The desktop icon for the internet is showing me I am connected and secured. However, if I try and access any site, I just get a blank screen and no website will open. Computer is otherwise working normally. I have tried unplugging and plugging in again. Any advice would be most gratefully received as I need my desktop for work. Thank you.
