Windows 10 emails not loading correctly.

Hello I am having trouble with my emails not loading correctly. I do not know what I did. Some of the email are loading correctly. I have attached a screenshot of the email. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Is this happening across all browsers? Or are you using a certain app to open your email?

Thanks for the help. I use firefox for my browser. I use the windows 10 email app that came with windows 10.

So firefox is fine but the app is the issue?
