What error message are you getting when you send and receive?

Are you talking about emails to the computer and or folders?

Is the configuration needing to be configured with the Domain you use or the basic that they show in the site?

The other thing is under the Folder list do you have that one selected?

Are there any other systems with the email configured?

If there is check that system to confirm that it is leaving the email on the server and not downloading them to the computer.

Have you tried a test message for that system and was there any issues and does it show if you check it form the web site?

When you say the email is slow are you referring to connecting or downloading Or the time between syncing the account?

Use the link that I provided in post # 5 it shows different port numbers than what you are stating in your original post.

You may have to delete the current configuration and recreate it from scratch.

Without knowing what size, the email(s) are and depending on the server they have to travel through plus the security protocols.
