Videos and images won't load sometimes.

Videos and images won’t load sometimes. I have tried using different browsers edge, chrome, and firefox the issues happens on all three.
Tried changing network card and cable that didn’t work. Checked hardware connections inside pc no change. I have another pc on the same
network its not having these issues. Internet speed test is also good so its not my connection. Just at random webpages pictures and videos
or the entire page won’t load its very frustrating. So if anyone has an idea I would greatly appreciate the help!

So other can assist have you reset one of the browsers to see if that help? What AV are you running? Have you updates the browsers? What add on and or plugins are you using? Firewall?

Yes I have reset and reinstalled the browsers didn’t help. My AV is Vipre. Not running any add-ons or plugins with the browsers. I was running windows 7 but made the upgrade to windows 10 to see if it would fix this issue that also did nothing.

sounds like some level of software is stopping you.
as Rusty as stated, the main culprits are anti-virus, firewall, browser extensions, or 3rd party security programs.

when you upgraded from Win7 to Win10, did you fresh install Win10 or did the β€˜upgrade and keep my software and settings’ option?

create another user account and log in on that profile and see if it happens there as well.
also start the PC in Safe Mode and see how that changes things.
have you tried removing Vipre?

does it only happen on certain sites, and all the time, or one site will show images and than for no reason not show them the next time you go back?

I just tried deleting Vipre and restarted my PC and the problem still happens. When I upgraded to windows 10 it was not a fresh install. But with that said the issues were happening in windows 7 as well. The odd thing is this issue doesn’t happen all the time its at random I might close the browser go back to the same page and stuff loads fine. I just get load icons or blank areas where images or videos should be.

Safe mode no change, and I almost thought creating a new account fixed it but then the second page I went to didn’t load images so still having issues.

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

Put Checkmark in the box to the left of Select All

Click Go

This will create a file called MTB.txt on the desktop.
