Can't find any m3u8-URL in chrome developer console

Hi all, I want to download Videos from Websites with FFMPEG, but I Cant find any m3u8-URL in the developer console of chrome. I tried multiple different Videos and Websites but all with the same result. Anybody got some hint? What am I doing wrong?

Some sites it is illegal to do this so make sure that you are checking to make sure.

if u mean FFMPEG then yes! And it works for other tasks. Do you have any other idea?

Have you tried resetting the browser and or a different one?

Not all that familiar with the software you may have a better response if you inquire with them.

There may be other that will have other things to attempt.
