I have a HP Envy laptop running Windows 10, HP Officejet Pro 8725 All-in-one printer, Firefox browser, Spectrum wi-fi.
I just recently purchased the laptop and added the printer via wi-fi. Prior to this, I was running a laptop with windows 7.
I can see and print selecting the 8725 from the print dialog box when printing documents from the laptop, i.e. Excel, Word, etc.
My issue is that when I try to print from the Web, the print dialog box does not include the 8725 printer so I can;t select it for printing.
I did not have this problem with the older laptop running window 7. I probably have to do something different when adding the printer in windows 10 but donβt now what.
Really appreciate any help with issue. Thank you in advance.
