Hi I have a query when downloading an image using google chrome. Usually the image doesnβt open, and a toolbar at the bottom will allow me to open the image if I so wish to do so. I usually click the toolbar at the bottom and use it to find the image location, so I can then rename the image in my documents. Annoyingly, on the toolbar theres a second option beneath this along the lines of βalways open files of this typeβ. I have accidentally clicked this, so now every time I download an image, it opens the image. I cannot find a way to undo this command. Any ideas?
Google Chrome downloading images - how can I stop it automatically opening the image?

@dodohelp do you still require assistance with this?
And have you tried right clicking the image and selecting βSave Image Asβ Doing that will allow you to save the image anywhere you like and rename it anything you choose all at the same time.Comment
