500 server error

    500 server error

    Hi there i am from the UK and now live in America i have a website that i use here in the states but everytime i try and log in i get a server 500 error have tried clearing the cache and cookies tried accessing the the webpage from 3 different address here in the States and same error. But i got a family member to go to the webpage and sign in for me back in the UK and it signs in straight away any ideas

    Some sites that are in different countries are not accessible out side of that country.

    Have you tried a different browser or there may be a extension that may be blocking it.

      Tried 5 different browsers and VPNs

        Have you tried contacting the site and see if they have any suggestion via email.

        From what you have stated that every thing has been attempted.
        You cleared the cache and cookies
        Different browsers
        VPN
        Locations
        Different systems at locations

        Then only one that made a connection was a family member that resides in the UK.

        The biggest issues is that it is on their side and you would need to contact them. Reverts back to my original statement that it is local access only.

          I have a few mates dotted around the world they have no problem logging into this site very odd

            1. Have you tried asking your family member who can reach that site to contact them and ask about the issue?
            2. Have you contacted your ISP about this?

              From what you’re describing it’s a host issue not a local issue. There’s nothing you can do except reach out to the website administrators and let them know.
