Internet provider has been having issues for weeks now but my laptop has been fine. Turned it on this morning and canβt get online but hubby, connected to same network, is working and surfing. Network map on mine shows network fine but internet not working. Device manager shows an internet access server with no driverβs. What am I to do?
Wired or Wireless?
Operating System and Version?
When was the last time you rebooted the network?
Reset the wired and or wireless card in the computer?
What if anything have you done to correct this?
