How to set up Yahoo, Hotmail etc as email server for company domain names.

I’ve recently registered a domain for a company, for the sake of this post let’s call it newco.com with Names.co.uk. I’ve set up email addresses for a number of the company employees like john.brown@newco.com, fred.smith@newco.com etc. I and employees based here all use Outlook and setting up the facility to send and receive emails as john.brown@newco.com is very familiar to me.
However several of our employees in Africa only use Hotmail or Yahoo. Can you please tell me how they can use their Hotmail and Yahoo accounts to send and receive their newco.com emails.

I’m confused why you want to use Yahoo, Hotmail etc to access your own email servers. (which you can’t anyway)
that’s the whole reason why you pay to setup your own domain named emails through some email hoster.
does this new email package you’ve setup not include a WebMail option so all users can use the system online through a browser?

Yes, Namesco do have a WebMail option but the problem is that the employees in Africa have always used just their Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail accounts. They want to collect and send all their emails through the same source. I do that through Outlook. I happen to be involved with several companies who have domains registered with different organisations like Namesco, 1&1, Hostgator etc but I manage all my email in one place through Outlook. I know Gmail offer the same service and those people who have gmail accounts collect and send their newco.com emails through their gmail accounts. I was hoping that those with Hotmail and Yahoo accounts could do the same.
I could try to persuade everybody to use Outlook but, understandably, people are reluctant to change from what they are used to.

so something like Namesco would need setting up to point to Gmail, for example.

Thanks. Not sure how I go about setting MX servers to point anywhere, but I guess Namesco will do that.

The Outlook I’ve always used is the PC program but I’ve now moved to Outlook on Office 365 - it seems to operate in the same way. I don’t point anything at Namesco or Hostgator. On the email setup page in Outlook I provide the details of Incoming mail server (eg pop3.newco.com), Outgoing mail server (eg gator1234.hostgator.com), Username (eg newco.com) & the password. Outlook does the rest. When writing an email I just select from the dropdown menu which of my email addresses I wish to use.

I could insist that everyone uses Outlook or something similar but, like most of us who are not computer buffs, people prefer to keep with a system with which they are familiar. I was hoping that Yahoo and Hotmail could collect and send emails in a similar way.
