Storage in the Cloud

I have lots of Music on my hard drives and lots of DIY magazines and films and stuff.
I only have a desktop computer and I am going to live in another Country.
So I cannot take it with me, I will get a Laptop when I get there.
So what I need to know is, What is the best way to store these so that I can download them again on my new Laptop, when I am in the New Country.
I am in the UK now but intend on moving to the Philippines, and don’t want to take any Hard Drives with me. As this might stop me from going through Customs as they might have to check everything on the Hard Drives, Not that I have anything Naughty on there. But it might take time.

+1 with Gus.
Best way is external drive or USB stick.
Customs only cares if the contents on the drives contain illegal stuff or job finding stuff and you don’t have the proper permits.
The trouble with the cloud is getting all that info up there to start with.
But if that isn’t a concern, find a provider and start uploading.

My concern is a new computer in a different country. You might have trouble accessing something you’ve stored in the cloud. You might have a difficult time proving you are the same person.

Easiest solution: take the hard drive out of your current desktop computer and put it in your carry on bag. When you get to your new country and have a laptop, attach the hard drive to the new laptop by a USB adapter, after the laptop is booted up. You should be able to go through your saved files and either move them to the new laptop or watch, read and listen to the files from the old hard drive.

You dont say what windows your running if it win10 then you can use MS onedrive which gives you 13 gig. For photos Google offers unlimited storage for everything else you get 15 gig on Google drive or for £12 100 gig I have over 86,000 photos and can get them anywhere so there should be no problems
