some left field ideas…

update your CCleaner version and run that.
are you using any ad blockers in your browsers?
what about a modified HOSTS file, have you changed that?
try temporarily disabling your AV software.
also create (if you only have one) another user login profile for that PC and see if that helps.

please let us know how you get on (I’m sure you will)

So, jmarket, I followed your advice and it worked! I went back to a site I know used recaptchas and it’s showing up once again.
I also used @Bruce 's suggestion of updating and running CCleaner. Thank you so much for your help!

I am now, however, having an issue with this site that shows a message that “Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again” when I try logging in (I can log in through facebook, so logging in is not a problem, it’s more just curious that it’s showing up).

Anyways, thank you so much again! I can now see and use reCAPTCHA’s like normal. C: I will continue to use and will suggest this site to anyone I know that has computer problems in the future.
