          Try your internet service provider DNS server or different public DNS server.

                Lets look at your host file and see if something may have been added there.

                Open and Admin Command Prompt
                notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
                Copy and Paste the information into your next post.

                There are a few commands that can be entered through the Admin Command Prompt that can be used to reset the systems network settings.

                  I found the perpetrator, it was MBAM that was blocking Google Search. Even entering www.google.com in the Exclusions didn’t fix it so I removed from my PC.
