Hello everyone hopefully you can help me with this problem. I just switched to AT&T U-Verse from Spectrum. With Spectrum I had consistent download speeds of about 4-6 mbps, but with U-Verse its all over the place. But on average iβm only getting about 400 kbps and sometimes slower, in the double digits. In fact since I got U-Verse I havenβt once gone over 1 mbps, but for some reason the 10 different internet speed test sites i went to all listed me average download speed at between 14-16 mbps, what is going on? I am using wi-fi and everything was working fine until the switch, so iβm pretty sure itβs not my laptop. Iβm pretty sure the short answer is that U-Verse sucks, but shouldnβt I atleast be getting 1 mbps download?
