Getting Bsod regularly (no minidumps created)

Hi, so there was no BSOD today. But what happened was that after the windows loading screen, the laptop went blank. It didn’t show the login screen. It just went blank.
I restarted and it loaded properly, but after a while (maybe few mins) while just casually using the laptop, it hanged again. I could move the mouse cursor, but the laptop hanged. I restarted again and now, it is working without me having to face that issue.
I tried to get MiniToolbox to create logs, but no logs were created and the MTB.text was empty.

uhh I was waiting for another BSOD. If possible, I don’t want to do clean install unless I have no other options. I want to know if this laptop hanging that happened today can be solved.
If BSOD happens, I am going to do clean install.
