Take a look at the link I posted with the download link.
I checked it, there are no fans listed.

even in temperature tab, there are no fans listed:

I had checked some more in internet yesterday about this, and they said that it might be because the app wasnβt compatible with the motherboard. I looked at the advanced tab of speedfan, and I am not sure if my motherboard is listed there. (the motherboard I have is shown as Standard Standard (U3E1) in speccy).

If 0xc0000005 errors continue, run MemTest86 (4 passes) to confirm RAM stability: https://www.memtest86.com/ . Share new CrashLogs.txt for analysis
It may take a while, even overnight.
I did memtest today. let it continue for 10 passes and there was no error. Good news!
does 0xc0000005 error mean Critical Process Died BSOD?
Its usually when software or a driver calls to use βspaceβ on the memory and itβs not authorized to use the space. This triggers a violation which triggers the code. It usually (but not always) happens with poorly written apps or drivers. Itβs more complicated than my meager explanation but you get the idea. It can sometimes mean bad memory but since you ran Memtest @ 10 passes with no errors, that isnβt the case.

I would clean install with a bootable USB not the reset.
Then, follow @phillpower2 's advice for installing the motherboard/chipset drivers correctly.

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer ** or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.
The reason why this procedure is so important, the chipset is what enables the MB to be able to communicate with all the hardware + are the first drivers that Windows looks for on boot.
** For OEM computers/notebooks such as Acer, Dell, HP and Lenovo etc you must only download drivers from their support page, OEMs may sometimes redirect users to a third party site such as AMD or Nvidea to obtain the latest drivers for their GPUs, this tends to be for high end gaming notebooks and desktops though.
Let me know what you decide to do and the outcome, please.

that will take some time then. as far as I know, the laptop assembly team basically scammed me with that suspicious motherboard. the drivers they are using is the basic ones in the internet.
I have to go their for servicing (free since it is still within warranty period), and I will ask them for the drivers or any other information.
Right now, what I did is uninstall the game league of legends as well as disabled all other external apps from starting at the startup.
If this doesnβt work, then I will go on Sunday / Monday and do clean installation.
